Welcome to Enterprise Mobility Exchange 2012!
Enterprise Mobility Exchange: Using Mobile Technology to Increase Profitability, Productivity & Customer Service Excellence
Following the huge success of the 2011 Enterprise Mobility Exchange that took place in May in Brussels, I am happy to announce the dates for the 2012 event, taking place on 21st - 23rd May in Amsterdam!
Here is just some of the outstanding feedback we received from participating delegates and solution providers
The unique Exchange format allowed 100 CIOS, Heads of Mobile Workforce, Fleet Management and Operations from global field service organisations to network and discuss the challenges they face in implementing mobile technology for their field workforce. Delegates also engaged in a series of one-to-one, pre-arranged meetings with the leading suppliers in the enterprise mobility space.
If you weren't able to join us this time, here are some key discussion points that emerged during the discussions:
- Driving success in enterprise mobility depends on a business wide strategy - Mobility has to be part of a coherent enterprise architecture to work for the business
- Improving and exceeding customer expectations is the key driver for businesses implementing mobile technology for the field workforce
- Solutions need to be highly scalable to help businesses capture increased market share
- Companies need to adopt a platform approach to enterprise mobility (MEAPs and MDM) and move away from a device or application focused approach
