Bob Schukai

Bob Schukai is the Global Head of Mobile Technology for Thomson Reuters. He oversees the development and execution of the mobile growth strategy. He is also the ambassador to NYC and the east coast of the U.S. for the London Tech City initiative.

From 2005-2010, Schukai was the Vice President of Wireless/Broadband Technologies for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., leading the technology strategy and deployment for mobile web and applications platforms. He also served as an Industrial Board member for the Mobile Virtual Centre of Excellence.

Schukai spent eighteen years working for Motorola, Inc., in the U.S. and U.K., as director of global 3G strategy and business development, overseeing global strategy and business development activities for 3G handsets.

Schukai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University. He is a 25-year member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
