HulloMail, providers an award-winning visual voicemail mobile app, has today announced an update to its Business Subscription.

The updated app will now offer users the ability to record and schedule 'out of office' greetings, block unwanted callers from leaving voicemails, and will provide the ability to record and save multiple personal greetings so they can be re-used in the future.

"We have designed the HulloMail voicemail app to provide a whole host of efficiencies for business people who rely on their mobile devices for their business communications. Now, users can block unwanted callers from leaving voicemails, schedule a greeting to play when you are busy, out of office or away, plus you can now record and save multiple personal greetings. It's all designed to make your busy working lives more organised and to also help save time," said Andy Munarriz, Founder and CEO of HulloMail.

The current app already provides a range of features to support busy professionals, including HulloMail's automated Scribe product, which provides automated transcripts so users can read voicemails as text in environments such as meetings.

The upgraded version of the app will allow users to share voicemail messages with colleagues, via a cloud-based sharing service. Additionally, unlimited cloud storage will be provided, as well as an enhanced search function to help users search by caller, or by phrases within their messages.

"We have seen increasing demand for business-specific features in HulloMail, from organisations that wish to roll out the functionality for all team members. As such, a new Enterprise-specific app will launch in the autumn, which will include the ability to centrally manage individual apps via a dedicated enterprise portal," added Munarriz.
