The next Enterprise Mobility Exchange will be heading to Amsterdam on Monday 23 April. The Exchange is going to be looking at digital transformation and already has a number of leading mobility professionals confirmed. I caught up with one of them, Kalman Tiboldi, Chief Business Innovation Officer, TVH, to discuss what he’s looking forward to at the event and to learn about the topic of his presentation.

“I am going to present a business case about IoT penetration and the topic of predictive maintenance and fleet management. I am presenting this topic because it’s not just important for TVH, but for many different companies dealing with product service related issues.”

As Kalman discussed in a previous article with Enterprise Mobility Exchange, the move many companies are trying to make – from collective to predictive maintenance – could change traditional business models. “Predictive maintenance is one of the biggest topics in the IoT and it’s attracting some of the biggest investments in the industry,” states Kalman.

Although clearly excited about his own presentation, Kalman is also looking forward to hearing from his mobility peers at the Exchange. “There will be a lot of interesting elements related to mobile technology,” he says. “There are a lot of industry leading companies which attend the event and it will be interesting to hear from the trend-setters, and for me it’s also really important to hear use cases which are related to business value.”

As mentioned in a previous piece, we’re also going to hear from Jean-Marc Zimmermann. In his keynote presentation he will be looking at whether companies can drive growth through mobile technologies and strategies.

Zimmermann was involved in a project which saw the company’s tennis racquets become data collecting machines, and it has since come to life in the hands of Rafael Nadal, one of the sport’s leading ambassadors and competitors.

Jean-Marc Zimmermann is currently the Chief Information Officer at Babolat and is in charge of the overall information systems at the company. One of his main responsibilities is aligning Babolat’s ERP system with the company’s business needs.

The Exchange’s speakers will bring together decades of experience, giving attendees the opportunity to learn about some of the most important challenges facing enterprise mobility and how companies can implement drive growth through mobile.

Thank you, for your interest in Enabling Digital Transformation.
