Promising Investment Received by Innovative Customer Engagement Mobile Solution Provider

CafeX Communications, a leading provider of real-time engagement solutions for mobile and web platforms, announced this week that Intel Capital has made an undisclosed investment in the company.

Founded in 2013, CafeX has grown into a market leader for its innovative software platform that leverages WebRTC technology, to power contextual real-time communication experiences within enterprise applications.

CafeX creates software that makes it simple for companies to transform online customer engagement and mobile workforce collaboration.

CafeX's Live-Assist, a real-time collaboration solution, was recognised with Best of Show honors at the 2014 Enterprise Connect conference, the largest business communications conference in the United States.

The company also received a New Product Innovation Award from global market research leaders Frost & Sullivan in July 2014. CafeX has expanded its channel through a combination of direct, reseller and OEM relationships in recent months prior to the investment from Intel Capital.
