IBM, Workday Partner On 7-Year Cloud Platform Deal
An industry leader in providing enterprise cloud applications has just signed on with IBM to use its cloud services in a multi-year deal.
Workday announced the news this week, and will use IBM’s cloud as the primary platform for its development and testing. As a result, IBM Cloud will expand capacity to support Workday’s development and testing requirements, according to a press release from the company.
"Leading enterprises like Workday continue to turn to IBM Cloud for its global reach, flexibility, and resiliency," said Robert LeBlanc, Senior Vice President, IBM Cloud, in a statement. "Through a preferred cloud partnership with IBM, Workday can accelerate its innovation efforts to better serve clients around the world."
The deal is for the next seven years, according to the Wall Street Journal. Terms were not disclosed.
