Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Programme Enhances Cloud Service Delivery for Businesses
It was announced today that SADA Systems, a global leader in providing cloud consulting and strategic IT solutions, is set to participate in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider programme (CSP).
The programme allows partners to meet enterprise customer's needs across productivity, infrastructure and CRM with Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Microsoft Azure and Dynamics CRM Online.
Microsoft's CSP is designed to strengthen customer relationships and expand cloud sales opportunities, by giving partners control over the customer billing, and enabling them to sell integrated offers and services in a single package, as well as directly provision, manage and support products and services.
SADA Systems will now own the complete customer lifecycle, enabling it to easily sell Microsoft cloud services and help customers achieve the benefits of the cloud by owning the entire billing process and directly managing support.
SADA Systems will join the programme as a 1-Tier partner, selling Microsoft cloud services directly to customers. The 1-Tier includes partners with broad market reach, a comprehensive technical support relationship with their customers as well as direct ownership of the billing.
"This is particularly significant to SADA Systems, as owning the complete customer lifecycle allows us to not only provide consultative direction and comprehensive technical services, but also on-going support services to best assure adoption of solutions and successful user engagement," said Tony Safoian, CEO and President of SADA Systems. "Joining the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider programme is an important step to meet the growing demand for Microsoft cloud solutions. Customers have been asking for this type of packaged service for some time. For SADA, it's the future of licensing, comprehensive delivery and support for Microsoft cloud solutions."
"The Cloud Solution Provider programme puts our partners at the centre of the customer lifecycle with direct provisioning, billing and support of Microsoft cloud services," said Phil Sorgen, Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. "By joining the programme, partners can create differentiated offers for our mutual customers, while helping them on their cloud journey."
