Ramyani has over 15 years of experience in technology-led transformations in  the consumer goods, retail and financial services industry. Her areas of expertise are digital strategy and transformation, business model innovation and digital operating models, partnership and innovation ecosystems, data & insight-led transformations, and the evolution of legacy IT.

Ramyani has published “The Coalition Concept”, a thought leadership report on driving value from outsourcing, and “Reinventing Banking” on making digital initiatives and projects sustainable in the financial industry. She is a passionate trainer and coach, a strong advocate for gender equality, and has taken a leadership role within the Women’s Network in A.T. Kearney.
